WE MEET PREPARED
We discuss your health concerns, goals and relevant results, and develop your personalised health plan.
Your $220 initial consultation includes:
• Comprehensive health and lifestyle assessment
• Review of your health forms and relevant pathology results
• Discussion of your symptoms, health history and goals
• Personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
• Nutritional and herbal support where appropriate
• Practical strategies to support your health goals
• 1 complimentary 10-minute phone check-in
Testing
Testing is recommended only when appropriate. Additional pathology is not included in the consultation fee and ranges from $39–$189, depending on tests required.
A follow-up consultation may be recommended in approximately 1–2 weeks, or at another appropriate interval, to review your progress, answer questions and adjust your plan where needed.
Follow-up Telehealth Consultation

Follow-up timing is personalised to you and is where I assess, monitor and adjust the treatment plan.

Depending on your individual needs and treatment plan, your follow-up consultation may be recommended in approximately 1–2 weeks, or at another appropriate interval.
