Margaret is passionate about helping people better understand their health and make informed, practical choices that support their wellbeing through every stage of life.

Margaret takes the time to listen to your concerns, understand your health history and consider the many factors that can influence how you feel — including nutrition, sleep, physical activity, stress, lifestyle and relevant pathology results.

Together, you develop a realistic plan tailored to your individual needs, lifestyle and health goals. This may include nutrition and lifestyle strategies, nutritional supplementation and herbal medicine where appropriate.

Margaret recognises the importance of collaborative healthcare and, when needed, will recommend or work alongside your GP and other allied health professionals to support continuity and quality of care.
Professional background
Margaret’s professional background extends beyond clinical practice. She is also a qualified herbalist, nutritionist, homeopath, iridologist and massage therapist, and has spent many years involved in research and development, practitioner education, training and mentoring.

This work allows Margaret to remain closely connected with emerging research, ingredients and developments across natural and integrative healthcare.
Outside the clinic
Outside of her professional life, Margaret enjoys travelling, hiking, sauna, exploring new places, watching a good movie, and spending time with family, friends and her dog Judy, a Jackahuahua.
